Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All repairs and services performed by It's Here! LLC are based on authorization and information provided by the customer. By approving work, the customer acknowledges that It's Here! LLC is not responsible for preexisting or unrelated issues, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper maintenance or misuse.

It's Here! LLC makes every effort to comply fully with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regulations outlined in the Business and Professions Code and Title 16, Division 33 of the California Code of Regulations. This includes providing written estimates, obtaining proper authorizations before performing work, and maintaining transparency in parts, labor, and charges.

Customers will receive copies of all work orders and invoices detailing parts and labor. Sublet repairs, if any, will be disclosed. Warranty terms for parts and labor will be printed on each invoice as required by law.

Liability is limited solely to the cost of the repair or service performed. It's Here! LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, income, or additional property damage.

Vehicles must be picked up within 72 hours after notice of completion. Storage fees apply after that time. It's Here! LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside beyond the extent required by California law.

By leaving or authorizing your vehicle for repair, you agree to abide by the terms, conditions, warranty statements, and legal disclaimers outlined in this document and in compliance with California BAR regulations.

Refund Policy 

1. Service Quality and Warranty

All repair work is performed following California BAR standards. Repairs are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for a minimum of 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise noted on your invoice. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s written terms. If a defect arises within the warranty period, the customer must return the vehicle to It's Here! LLC for inspection and possible correction at no charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • A written request is submitted within 7 business days of service completion.

  • The issue is verified by re‑inspection to be directly related to the service performed.

  • No further damage was caused by customer use or third‑party repair attempts.
    If eligible, refunds will be issued by the same method of payment within 10 business days after inspection.

3. Non‑Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Diagnostic time or testing labor once performed.

  • Parts ordered or customized for your vehicle that cannot be returned to suppliers.

  • Repairs performed at customer request contrary to technician recommendations.

In most cases, issues qualifying under warranty will be resolved through repair or replacement rather than monetary refund, per BAR policy.

4. Compliance with California BAR Regulations

As required under the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 16, Division 33, It's Here! LLC:

  • Provides a written estimate before performing any work.

  • Requests customer authorization for all additional labor or parts before proceeding.

  • Clearly identifies replaced parts and offers the return of old parts upon customer request.

  • Discloses use of any sublet repairs and provides documentation of those services.

  • Maintains accurate records of all repair orders and invoices for a minimum of three years.

5. Consumer Rights

Under California Business and Professions Code Section 9884.9, customers are entitled to a written estimate and the option to approve or decline additional work. If you believe a violation of these rights has occurred, you may contact the California Bureau of Automotive Repair at:

6. Liability and Vehicle Storage

Liability for any service or repair is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that service. It's Here! LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income, inconvenience, or towing fees.
Vehicles must be picked up within 72 hours after notification of completion. Storage fees may apply thereafter. The shop is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles or for theft or damage beyond what is required by law.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By authorizing work on your vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including all warranty and refund provisions, and that all services comply with California BAR regulations.
