Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure timely service. Appointments can be booked by phone, in person, or online via our website or booking platform. Booking Confirmation All appointments require confirmation either by phone, email, or text. Customers will receive a confirmation message after the appointment is scheduled. Rescheduling and Cancellations Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee to cover the booked time slot and technician preparation. Vehicle Readiness Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the vehicle being unavailable may result in rescheduling or additional charges. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, and the appointment slot could be released for other customers. Service Estimates A preliminary service estimate will be provided at booking or vehicle drop-off. Additional repairs or diagnostics beyond the original appointment scope require further authorization before proceeding. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments. Special Requests Customers may include special requests or specific concerns during booking. We strive to accommodate these but recommend discussing details directly with the service advisor.
